Isac Elliot is a Finnish-Swedish superstar who currently lives in Helsinki, Kirkkonummi. Isacin career in the early stages have performed the song "Pop Goes My Heart" from the movie Ella and Friends - F1. Isac´s first single, "New Way Home" was released on Valentine's Day 02/14/2013.
